By creating a Klenara account or buying a credit pack, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Who can use Klenara
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in some jurisdictions). You agree to give us accurate sign-up information and to keep your credentials secure. One person per account.
2. Acceptable use
You will not use Klenara to:
- generate content that is illegal in India, including CSAM, threats of violence, defamation, or election-disrupting deepfakes;
- infringe someone else's intellectual property;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse rate limits;
- resell access to Klenara without a separate written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We'll tell you why, and we'll refund any unused paid credits.
3. The credit system
You buy credit packs in INR via Razorpay. Each message you send consumes credits at a model-and-effort-dependent rate, listed on the pricing page. Paid credits do not expire. Bonus credits from referrals or promotions expire 30 days after grant (90 days for referral rewards). Credits aren't cash and aren't convertible to cash.
4. Refunds
Credit pack purchases are final. Contact support@klenara.in for billing disputes.
5. Tier unlocks
Buying a pack permanently unlocks the features of that pack's tier on your account (e.g. Pulse unlocks Opus 4.8 access). Unlocks stick even when the credits run out — you just need to top up to keep chatting.
6. Service availability
Klenara runs on third-party infrastructure (Vercel, Anthropic, Razorpay). We aim for uninterrupted service but make no SLA guarantee. If a multi-day outage prevents you from using your credits, contact support and we'll extend or refund proportionally.
We also enforce a daily platform-wide cost cap. If the cap is reached, paid users get priority and free users are paused until the next day. This is to protect the service from runaway costs that would force us to shut down entirely.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you type into Klenara and everything Claude generates in response to you. By using the service, you grant us a narrow licence to store and process your content for the sole purpose of delivering it back to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Klenara's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher.
The service is provided “as is”. Claude can make mistakes — double-check anything important before acting on it.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to you 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
