The itch

Like most people doing serious work with AI, I was bouncing between three browser tabs — one for ChatGPT, one for Claude.ai, one for Anthropic's console. The Claude tab was the one I trusted most, and the one I reached for when the answer actually mattered. But the UX around it was just… bare. No agents, no team workspace, no INR billing, no real way to share a thread with someone in Mumbai.

Then I noticed something else: every product I admired most — Notion, Linear, Vercel — felt designed. The Claude API felt like a Lego brick no one had bothered to assemble. So I started assembling.

The decisions we made early

  • Claude only.We don't multiplex GPT or Gemini. If you wanted those, the tools for them already exist. We're betting on Claude being the right model for thoughtful work — and we want to be the place where that bet pays off, in India.
  • INR billing, UPI first. A foreign-card subscription to ChatGPT Plus is ₹1,700/month plus the FX-card mental tax. We use one-time credit packs starting at ₹99, accept UPI by default, and never auto-bill. Credits never expire.
  • India-first localization.The UI works in English, हिन्दी, Hinglish, and বাংলা. Tamil, Telugu, and Marathi are next when there's demand to justify the work.
  • Premium feel.No dark patterns. No trial-to-paid bait. No ads. If the product earns its money, you'll feel it. If it doesn't, no amount of email nudging will save it.
  • Bootstrapped.No VC, no growth team, no "free trial extension" calls. Just a small team that prefers shipping over announcing.

What we believe

The next billion people doing serious thinking with AI are going to do it in their own languages, on their own networks, on phones they paid for in EMIs. The product they reach for has to feel like it was made for them — not translated for them.

We're not trying to be everything. We just want the conversation between you and Claude to be calm, fast, and yours.
